Can I use the WhatsApp number I already have?
Usually, yes: you connect your own number through WhaBuzz. If it can't move, or you would rather keep it separate, we help you get a new one.
How is this different from the WhatsApp Business app?
The app is built for one person on one phone. Chirpoo uses WhatsApp's official API, so your whole team works one inbox with leads, templates and automations.
What happens to my chats if I leave?
Your WhatsApp number stays yours. You can download your leads as a spreadsheet, or everything as a full export, from Settings.
Who can see my data?
Your team sees what their role allows. Our staff access only what is needed to run and support your workspace.
Should I host WhaLeads myself or use Chirpoo?
Self-hosting is free: one number per deployment on your own Cloudflare account, and you run it. Chirpoo adds more numbers in one workspace, advanced reports, daily backups, monitoring and support.
What does Meta charge?
Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages. We pass those charges on at Meta's rate, with nothing added.
When does Chirpoo launch?
